Hand-Tufting by Bhadohi Artisans
This is where the rug is made. Skilled artisans use a hand-held tufting gun to push pile yarn through a primary backing fabric stretched on a frame — following the pattern design exactly, loop by loop. This is a skilled craft process. The consistency of pile height, the accuracy of pattern edges and the quality of the pile surface are all determined here.

Finishing & Surface Treatment
After tufting, the rug goes through a multi-stage finishing process. Latex backing is applied to lock the pile in place. This stage defines the final feel and surface quality of the piece.

Quality Inspection & Export Preparation
